I was extremely pleased with the
work you did in my house. I know it wasn't as large a job as you usually are
accustomed to, but you treated it as if it were. You were very informative about
the work you were going to do, giving me details patiently as you realized that
I am not experienced in electrical work. You completed the job in a very timely
manner and inconvenienced me not at all.
You also did a couple of small
things I added while you were here that weren't in my original request/estimate,
and I thought you gave me quite a deal on these extras.
You were very
professional and also very personable and I would not hesitate to recommend you
to friends and

Nowadays you hear so many of these horror stories about
contractors, trades people and handymen, but we simply didn’t have the time to
invite multiple trades people in our house, wait for quotes and check
references. So we went with a professional looking ad that also stated
references on the internet and had his own and very detailed website. We were
kind of anxious, but as soon as Manuel came over and spend great time in
explaining us what he would do, why he had to do it, how he would do it and how
long it would take, we were sold. He mailed us a written contract that stated
exactly what he would be doing and specified exactly what would be included in
the total price.
It was indeed a pleasure having Manuel work at our
house and he did a difficult job in a very short timeframe. Manual treated us
with great care and respect and he accommodated our wishes very carefully.
Especially because my husband works night shifts and sleeps during the day,
Manuel tried very hard to be as quiet as possible and when he did have to drill
or make more noise, he would warn my husband in advance. This special care was
very appreciated. He was also very fair and reasonable on his price and helped
us apply for the Manitoba Hydro loan without any problems. In the end he was
bang on on everything he had told us! Thanks again Manuel, we highly recommend
Action Electric to all!

From Elisabeth on Dec. 08 2009: I was
calling electricians in a panic one day after my electricity went out, and can't
describe my relief when Manuel returned my call and said he could come give me a
quote the same day. He was also able to make room in his schedule to upgrade my
multiple fuse boxes and meters to one tidy 100 amp box and one meter right away.
He was here working every day till the job was done, and took extra care to
clean up the job, including patching the holes in the ceiling. I felt right away
that I could trust Manuel, and I was right. It was a great experience, and I'm
so glad that he was available to do the work I needed done. I HIGHLY HIGHLY
recommend him to upgrade the electrical service in anyone's
home.
